Service Description

Using a combination of postures inspired by yoga, Pilates, & ballet this class offers a variety of toning and lengthening techniques. Dynamic, high rep, small isometric movements at the barre. Great for all fitness levels.

Cancelation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: You may cancel your pre-registered class at any time. In order to receive credit back/refund of class you will need to cancel at least two hours before class time. . I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the instructor or studio in a reasonable amount of time in the event that I may not be able to make it for a scheduled class. I understand that if I am not able to cancel two hours prior to start of class that I will not be eligible for a refund or receive class credit back. . FOR REIKI TRAINING COURSES ONLY: This cancelation policy does not apply. Please contact the studio in the event you are unable to attend Reiki Training.
