Yoga Flow

An energetic class utilizing vinyasas (breath synchronized movement) to invigorate the body and mind. Each class will include Sun Salutations, standing postures and a floor series to encourage students to move deeper into their practice. This class is appropriate for every level of practitioner.

Barre Fusion

Using a combination of postures inspired by yoga, Pilates, & ballet this class offers a variety of toning and lengthening techniques. Dynamic, high rep, small isometric movements at the barre. Great for all fitness levels.

Hustle & Flow

Are you looking to explore your yoga practice and experiment with poses? This class is for you! Hustle & Flow is a Level 2/Intermediate class (students have a strong comfortability and knowledge with vinyasa, down dog, chaturunga, and other yoga poses). Hustle & Flow is a powerful, energetic form of a flow-based yoga class. Linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow, students will explore more complex movements and sequences: incorporating deeper backbends, hip openings, twists, and folds. There will also be opportunity to work on arm balances and inversions.

Barre Express

The perfect weekend jumpstart! An express version of Barre Fusion to get you in and out, leave feeling energized and refreshed!

Yin Yoga

Yin is the perfect counterbalance to a fast-paced, busy life! Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. A yin class is slower paced compared to vinyasa class. Involving static holds, it targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. 

Benefits of a yin practice include increased circulation and improved flexibility. Calms and balances the mind and body. Reduces stress and anxiety. Releases fascia. Encourages deeper relaxation. Improves joint mobility.
Brings balance to the organs through meridian stimulation.
This class is great for any level practitioner and will be sure to leave you feeling calm and at peace!

Ashtanga Yoga

MELTed Yoga

Combining low-impact, vinyasa yoga with revolutionary MELT method techniques, this class will transform your personal fitness journey. MELT is a restorative technique that simulates hands on therapeutic treatments through a series of specific protocols using small balls and soft foam rollers. Anyone, at any age or activity level, can use this method to effectively access their optimal movement potential, improve body structure and posture, and reduce joint pain and discomfort.
